How to Become a Member
Prepare an Application Letter
Address your formal letter of application to the Chairman of COPE and include the following documents:

📃 A copy of your organisation’s constitution or bye-laws

🗂️ Concise background information about your organisation

🏛️ A Certificate of Registration of a Non-Profit Organisation or Certificate of Incorporation

Include the names of:

Your President/Chairman (or their delegate)
-
An appointed alternate representative
✍️ These representatives will serve as your organisation’s official contacts with COPE. You may update them anytime by writing to the Chairman of COPE.

Membership Criteria
To be considered for membership:
Your organization must be actively involved in environmental conservation and the wise use of natural resources.
Review Process
All applications will be reviewed by the board:
- Application are reviewed by the Board.
- The process is guided by the bye-laws

Membership Confirmation
- Once approved by the Board, membership becomes official upon payment of the membership fee
